Our Commitment to Privacy
What Information Do We Collect?
When you visit the Site, you may provide us with one of three types of information: (1) Personal Information, which means personal information that you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual or corporate basis; (2) De-Identified Information, which means collected online information in which all personal and individually identifiable elements have been removed; and (3) Aggregate Information, which refers to general web site use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse the Site.
(1) Personal Information That You Choose To Provide
In order to access and use the Platform and our Services, you must first set up an account to become a Site User. You must voluntarily submit certain personal information about yourself or your employer or business if you are opening an account on behalf of your employer or your own company.
In addition, for the purpose of providing the general information from us and our service providers, if you choose to correspond further with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.
Mobile Device Information
We also collect Personal Information from your computer, tablet, mobile phone or other device that you are using to access our Services. This can include the IP address, the browser, geolocation and your language settings.
In general, Personal Information may include name, home address, date of birth, email address, IP address, device identifier, social media account user name or ID, phone number, SMS text messaging account name or number, personal preferences, credit card, check or other payment processing, and other user account-related information.
Personal Information is collected online when users voluntarily submit non-public personal information on the Sites by establishing an user account, requesting information, receiving electronic notices or other similar communications. Only your IP address and/or user name would be collected automatically when you access the Sites for purposes of processing your login to your account in the platform or enhancing your Sites browsing via cookies and/or auditing.
We will retain any personal information submitted by you for fulfillment of the intended purposes for which such is collected. We will establish minimum and maximum retention periods based upon the type of information collected (i.e., sensitivity), the intended purposes and as otherwise may be legally required. We will retain your Personal Information for as long as you use the Platform or the Services and until you request to delete your data.
(2) De-Identified Information
De-Identified Information is used in a collective manner for analyses and statistics in order to improve the Platform. De-Identified Information does not personally identify a specific user. This includes any statistical analysis derived from the efficiency and performance of the Platform or our performance of the Services or any resultant data for the NTF transactions made available through the Platform.
We may use De-Identified Information to improve the efficiency, performance and offerings of the Platform, the Services and the Sites. We also may sell or share such De-Identified Information with others.
(3) Aggregate Information Based On Web Site Usage
Aggregate Information is non-personally identifiable or anonymous information about you, such as pages most frequently accessed by you, time spent on a page or area of the Site, the number of visits to the Site by you, types of browser used by you, cookie preferences or search terms entered by you. Aggregate Information is used in a collective manner, and no single person can be identified by that compiled information (for example, the number of people who logged into the Site in a particular day). Aggregate Information does not personally identify a specific user.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect Aggregate Information about your visit. We can tell the type of computer, browser, and web service that you are using. We also know the date, time, and pages that you visit. Collecting this information helps us design the Site to enhance your experience while on our site.
We may share Aggregate Information with third parties to enhance your experience on our Site and otherwise in fulfillment of obligations. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our Site, analyze trends, track users' movement on the Site, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve the Site, and deliver customized, personalized content and data analytics reporting. IP addresses, however, are not linked to Personal Information. We also may use an unique assigned number located with the Site's URL to determine the web site from which you navigated to get to the Site. While this number may not be apparent to you, it does not contain your Personal Information.
Similar to other commercial web sites, our Site utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” and web server logs or beacons to collect information about how the Site is used. Information gathered through cookies and web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at the Site, and the web sites visited by you prior to and after the Site. This information is collected on an aggregate basis. None of this information is associated with you as an individual.

What are Cookies and Web Beacon (or Pixel)?
Cookies are a feature of web browser software that allows web servers to recognize the computer used to access a web site. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored by a user’s web browser on the user’s hard drive. Cookies can remember what information a user accesses on one web page to simplify subsequent interactions with that web site by the same user or to use the information to streamline the user’s transactions on related web pages. This makes it easier for a user to move from web page to web page and to complete commercial transactions over the Internet. Cookies should make your online experience easier and more personalized.
A web beacon (or pixel) is an object that is embedded in a web page or email and is usually invisible to the user but allows checking to see if the user has viewed the page or email.
How Do We Use Information That We Collect From Cookies Or Web Beacons?
We use web site browser software tools such as cookies and web server logs to gather information about our web site users’ browsing activities, in order to constantly improve the Site and better serve our customers. This information assists us to design and arrange our pages in the most user-friendly manner and to continually improve the Site or the Platform to better meet the needs of our customers and prospective customers.
Cookies help us collect important business and technical statistics. The information in the cookies lets us trace the paths followed by users to the Site as they move from one page to another. Web server logs allow us to count how many people visit the Site and evaluate the Site’s visitor capacity. We do not use these technologies to capture your individual email address or any personally identifying information about you.
The Site also may use other technologies to track the specific pages viewed by visitors on this web site or to target specific content that might be of interest to you. These technologies help us to understand how visitors use the Site. However, you will have the option to opt out (or opt in if applicable law requires) of receiving such targeted content on those pages of the Site where this technology is used.
We also use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
Some browsers have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform, and our Site is not currently set up to respond to those signals for tracking on our Site.
Do We Share Personal Information Provided By Or Collected From You?
As a general policy, we do not share, sell or trade Personal information with third parties without your permission; however, we may provide Personal Information to third parties directly involved in the operation, performance, support and/or maintenance of the Site and each service offered on the Site, including our web site service providers, technical consultant, network retailers and business partners. We also may use your information to personalize your experience and allow us to deliver the type of content and information found on our Platform and to administer a coupon, promotion, survey or other Platform feature, to process your transactions, to ask for ratings and reviews of products and services, and to correspond with you.
We also may share Personal Information with third parties in limited circumstances. For example, we may release Personal Information to third parties to perform services such as hosting the Site (and/or features available on the Site). Such third parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of Personal Information and are not authorized to use Personal Information for any purpose other than providing those services or otherwise enhancing your experience on the Site. Aggregate Information may at times be shared with our business partners and other third parties.
From time to time, we may be required to provide Personal Information or Aggregate Information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law, or if we reasonably believe that you have committed unlawful acts or acts that may endanger the health or safety of another user or the general public. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. We may release certain personal information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.

However, we cannot make any representations about the practices and policies of these companies. We also may share information with our affiliates.
Sharing Information With Strategic Partners
We may enter into strategic marketing alliances or partnerships with third parties who may be given access to your personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email for the purpose of providing you with information regarding products and services that might be of interest to you. However, in connection with strategic marketing alliances or partnerships, we will not share information regarding your social security number or other personal financial data.
